All products sold on marketingebookdigital.com are instant digital downloads (PDF files). Because the file is available to you immediately after purchase, please read this policy carefully before buying.

Digital Products — No Returns

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded, except as described below. All sales are final upon successful delivery.

When We Will Help

• You received a corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect file.

• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same item.

• You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of a confirmed payment (please check your spam/junk folder first).

In these cases, contact us at mzarate@marketingebookdigital.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number, and we will send you a corrected file or issue a refund.

Change of Mind

Because the files are delivered instantly and can be copied, we're unable to offer refunds simply for a change of mind. If you have questions about a product before buying, feel free to contact us first.
